Introducing and Nurturing an Active

 Faith in Christ to Youth and Families

  • Establishing healthy relationships with youth and their families.
  • Introducing and nurturing faith in Christ to youth and their families.
  • Having fun and sharing in fellowship.
  • Being real.
  • Discovering how to be a follower of Christ in today's world.
  • Youth and their families serving God, the church, the community, and the world.
  • Spreading the gospel in a loving and compassionate way.
  • Last but not least, is not only a church ministry but a ministry of the home as well.

Here Is What We Offer!  

    Family Night
  • On this night families of all ages, sizes, and styles meet together for activities in and outside the church 
  • Events are focused on Fellowship and/or Service
  • Date of events vary each month.
  • 4th and 5th Graders Group (Little Leaguers)
  • This group is focused on kids in the 4th and 5th grades. We meet at the church to play games, have snacks, and talk about what it means to have faith,  to be a follower of Christ, and to believe in God.
  • 4th and 5th Graders are asked to bring a snack to share with the group if possible. 
  • 4th and 5th graders meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 6pm and go until 8pm.
  • Middle School Group (JV)
  • This group is called the Junior Varsity Group and is devoted to youth in grades 6th through 8th. We meet at the church and the night involves games, food, fellowship, and faith discussions. At least once a month the group has an activity outside the church as well.
  • 6th-8th graders meet on Monday nights at 6:30 pm and go until 8:30 pm.
  • High School Group (V)
  • This group is called the Varsity Group and is devoted to youth within the grades of 9th to 12th. This group normally meets at the church where youth participate in team building games, eating snacks, and deep faith discussions. This group also focuses on service projects and missions.
  • 9th-12th graders meet on Sunday nights at 6:30 pm and go until 8:30pm.
  • Young Adults Small Group
  • This group is devoted to adults that are within the ages of 18-30. The group focuses on fellowship, fun and bible studies. The group talks about the issues that are impacting every day life.
  • Adults from the ages of 18-30
  • Meeting times vary each month
  • Family and Youth Committee
  • This committee is made up of youth and adults who are passionate about the Family and Youth Ministry Program here at Mount Si. We discuss and evaluate the happenings of the program. We meet on the first Thursday of every month
